Do not sell your phone to them they will not give the price they quoted. They do not answer any question you may have. Their management and customer support are terrible.

Worst one yet. I have used a lot of these site to sell electronics. “Itworthmore.com” “Decluttr.com” a lot of them Gizmogo.com is the absolute worst. I sent the a device on June 4th they received is June 14th. (I guess they are just really cheap on the shipping) But they still haven’t processed my order and it’s the June 27th. I have tried to live chat / email / and call customer service and have gotten no response.

*** UPDATE 3/AUG/2022 *** In response to the response from the company stating they received an empty box. Yes, this is true.... because the shipping service STOLE the item. The company did NOT give me the option to insure the package. I was promised at least $250 for the item... I still haven't received this either. I have a life to live... I'm not spending this much effort writing all this to scam some company. *** UPDATE 29-JUNE-2022 *** Gizmogo replied to my Trustpilot complaint June 7th. See below. On June 7th, they promised to reimburse me $250. At least it's something right? No. There is no $250.... there is no reimbursement. It's been 3 weeks. :) Nothing. Zero. This "company" is a complete and total fraud. Imagine that, two frauds in one! First they let your phone be stolen, then they promise to reimburse you for a fraction of it's value, and then they don't reimburse you! HAHA! ****************************** I sent my iphone 13 pro in. I was going to be paid $704 for it. When gizmogo got the box, it had been opened. My phone was STOLEN by the shipping service (UPS). Here's the BEST part.... gizmogo only insures packages up to $100... regardless of the value of the package. They do not give you the chance of buying additional insurance. So instead of $704 I was paid $100. Company is a fraud.

I have never heard of this place. They somehow billed my visa card charges. This is not a place I consider honest nor reliable.

I think this guy is a scammer!! I sent in a phone using their label. They received it and offered 50% of their original offer. I asked then to return the phone. I have written 5 times by email, filled out a customer service request four times. NO REPONSE!! I have called the number on their website. No one picks up...no answering machine. BEWARE!!!!

I got a nice offer from Gizmogo for my iPad and MacBook Pro, placed an order, and got a prepaid label. I sent my items, got confirmation from USPS tracking that it had been delivered and signed for--and then nothing happened. For a month, Gizmogo said they hadn't received my items and were allegedly investigating it with USPS. They offered me $200 for my $700 worth of 'lost' items. After a month, a package arrived at my front door--it was my devices that had been returned for insufficient postage! It seems that someone at Gizmogo signed for the package back in August but then sent it back because their own prepaid label wasn't enough to cover postage? And when I tried to follow up for a month, Gizmogo had no record of what had happened to the package. At least I got my items back and I'll try to sell them privately now. I certainly won't trust Gizmogo again. EDIT: Gizmogo has replied that they sent me $200. This is not true. They offered $200; I declined. I have received zero monetarily from Gizmogo.

Complete scam - I sent a brand new iphone 11 pro (~$800) and they sent a video claiming there was no phone inside, however the box had already been opened before the view started.

What a scam!  I packed the box myself and took it to the post office myself.  Their close up video shows part of the box, but not the entire contents when opening.  There were 7 phones in the box and they only showed 2 coming out.  Scam! Scam! Scam!
