Update 9/28/2021: It seems that they lose an excessive amount of packages because the Post Office never delivers them, so it not their fault. Company tried to make it right and sent me a portion of the sale value. Good company, however I would not recommend them until the issues with the Post Office are resolved; there is a chance your package will never arrive. I would suggest to the company that it starts using another shipper like UPS. A complete and utter scam. I sent them an expensive order ($500+ phone). It was delivered to their address and signed for by someone at that address. They then say they never received it and don't know who signed for it. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a month now. They keep telling me to "wait for post office investigation." Tried calling; they never answer the phone. I'm pretty sure I just screwed out of a lot of money.

The end result I was happy but communication with Gizmogo was lacking and I never really got a response when I’ve emailed them for help . And in the invitation I got to do this review my email was shared with a list of others emails and I feel that’s a tad alarming that my email is being shared so openly.

I received the exact amount as promised which was great, but don’t expect to receive your payment in 24 hours especially if you live on the east coast like me. You’ll receive a payment realistically in about a weeks time. The payment does process in 24 hours of when the package is received. I think that should be advertised more clearly. Other than that, I would say it was a good experience. I received more than I would have anywhere else for my phone.

Fair offer for my damaged device, but took weeks for a payment.

They are ligament, I sent in my phone and received the promised amount. I will not fault them for the 2 month delivery time because they offer multiple options on shipping. The customer service was lacking... I had called, emailed, and chatted but the only way I was able to get a response was to write a 1-star review. My recommendation would be to remove the chat/phone number options from the website if they do not work.

This company is trash & not to be trusted! MAYBE NOT So I sold them my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, because they promised me the best price. Prior to me even sending them my phone I should have known that they were shady. I attempted to contact them via email no response, I tried to call them no response, & I even attempted to reach them through their "instant chat" which is only going to send YOURSELF an email that says they will email you back. But nope never heard back from them. But me being the trusting person that i am saw that they had 90% approval on this site. So I sent the phone to them on Monday & by Thursday of the same week they had received it. Then on Friday I received a check for the promised amount. I printed out the check & I deposited the check & everything is all good right? WRONG! After depositing the check on Friday, I only used a small portion of those funds (about $30) then on Tuesday of the following week my bank declines the check for insufficient funds & they charge me the $30 I used plus $5 for a "returned item fee." I was totally disgusted & I felt as though at this point I had been scammed. As of today Thursday 4/22/21, I have yet to hear back from this company after all of my calls not answered, after all my emails, & my instant messages. Even from this site I have heard from "John Smith" no one from this company has reach-out to me at all. Naturally my next step is to go to Bank of America to see if this is at least a legit check that came from a legit bank account & then the police to file a report to at least get my property back. --------------------------------------------------------------- PART 2 Ok so after I was finally contacted by the company they were able to get this situation fixed SAME DAY. I was pleasantly surprised. I was given my full agreed upon amount & they were even kind enough to add on $30 to cover the fact that this ordeal did leave my acct in the negative. Although I was inconvenienced for 3 days they did stand by their word & made it right like a good business should do. I'm not 1 to bad mouth a business when they do something wrong & then not turn around & praise them when they're able to fix it. Thank you Gizmogo. I wish you the best going forward.
