Not an ethical organization--AVOID Them.
I submitted my information on a 2020 Toyota Tundra. The responded with a price range that started above $30,000.00. I indicated that I wanted to sell my vehicle and would like an offer. They issued an offer for $27,000.00 for the truck ($2,000.00 below CarMax offer). I let them know that their offer was far below the values of the truck and I was looking for a more serious offer. They never responded with information or another offer. They continue to ask if the vehicle is for sale but hey do not follow through on what their site promises. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.
