Girlfriend CollectiveReviews of girlfriend.com

This is to rate the customer service team rather than the product itself. I bought some of the panties from Girlfriend (hunting for the best panties that work under leggings). Unfortunately, the panties from Girlfriend were quite, frankly, awful - didn't stay in place and runs a bit too large. I left a 3-star review on the said panty and GF customer service reached back out and offered me a refund on those. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I love girlfriend Collectives sports-bra. I love them so much. Gave me a new life. I have the Dylan-bra in like 6 different colors.

I am a Lululemon devotee no more. OMG Girlfriend workout gear is *amazing* the compression and quality is second to none. Far superior to Lulu and cheaper too and also more modern due to their fantastic styles and colours. Delivery was quick and flawless. Already plotting my next order:)

Loved the pants, and have always had my items delivered in a timely and correct fashion. I've got some pants from 2019 still, and they've been washed hundreds of times. Very ethical company and they even offer some good sales plus a decent rewards program.

I bought the cutest and warmest giant parka from here last winter and just recently received my order for a few undergarments. I was hesitant because the price is more than I normally pay but you can't argue with their sustainability statement, and these are my new favorite undies BY FAR. I'm curious about the negative reviews pertaining to customer service which I can't speak to as I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, but my experiences have been excellent so far.

Obsessed with this brand! I swear at least 50% of my workout clothes are GC now and I'm not mad about it. The quality is honestly better than than Lulu but at a better price point, and made with recycled materials. Highly recommend the leggings and the sports bras.

Beautiful quality and ethically made leggings and shorts. I ordered from the US site on Black Friday and received my order in the UK on 16/12/20 which was faster than I was expecting due to covid delaying shipping, as well as buying products from the US in the past and then taking much longer.. Quality is beautiful and the leggings and shorts are squat proof, don’t fall down and are really comfortable. After years of wearing leggings as a dancer these are probably my favourite yet. One item got cancelled as it was no longer available but it was a Black Friday offer so this didn’t surprise or bother me as I understand the difficulties covid has caused. Reached out to customer service twice, once regarding their factories and wanting some more information on their transparency and got a really quick, helpful response. Also contacted them regarding the item that was cancelled and they got back to me within a few days and were really helpful. Brilliant referral and rewards programme too, no complaints at all!

Ethically produced, well made and gorgeous! I've placed a few orders with them now and I've always been happy. Their leggings are amazing and worth every penny. Their sports bras are my absolute favorite and I just got my first sweatsuit and I'm in love. My mother in law is hooked too! She's had to exchange a few things but Girlfriend has always been great about it. It does take a little longer to get your stuff - it comes from Asia and for obvious reasons is very popular. People are so spoiled anymore that they're unwilling or unable to wait for anything. If you can't handle waiting then sure, go to some big box store and they'll get it to you immediately. But if you care about the environment (they make a lot of their stuff out of recycled bottles - they'll even recycle their old leggings!) and ethical production (and want some seriously cute athletic wear) and have an ounce of patience, you will love Girlfriend.
