Still have not received my watch and not told it was out of stock until I emailed company. Now it says out for delivery for the last week. Not good!

They can improve by getting the orders out in a timely matter, I have emailed them several times about my order and no one ever responded back, I placed and order about 2-3 months ago and I still do not have my order. if I ever do get my order I will never order from this company again, until they can show they can get the orders out in a Timely matter. yours truly. I never received my order. I ordered July 7, but sadly until now, I did not receive my order.

I never received the watch. Months passed. I emailed every email I could find. I never got anything. I asked for a refund after 2 months, no response. Eventually I had to go through my own bank to stop it. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life!

I never received my product. I called, emailed, and called again. No response from customer service, no refund, no product. Essentially, I was robbed of my money. Awful experience.

BAD. More than two months to receive without any support.
