When watch arrived (shipped quickly to be fair) it didn't look nearly as nice as the advert so I emailed to return and they said they would offer 30% refund if I kept the watch or I could return for refund - despite many emails, mainly ignored, I have never been able to get instructions on how to return the watch and now get no replies at all. Only but watch then if you are sure you would like it!!

Esta empresa es fraudulenta. Hice pedido a finales de Enero y 15 días después les escribí y me comentaron que por tema de stock, el pedido se entregaría sobre el 16 de Febrero. A finales de Febrero y dos mensajes sin contestar después, decidí reclamar el importe en mi Banco. Ni se os ocurra comprar nada a esta Gente!!! Los relojes no llegan nunca!

SCAM! Product did not arrive even after 5 months. Customer service was no help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR OR ANY OTHER WITH A SIMILAR NAME!!!!!! They changed their name several times from Vittano Belluci, Pietro Vanetti, Gregor Palmer, and Marino Ricci.
