Ginosi apartel in Oakland, CA
I stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival, I got my 1st room just to find the apartment with a dirty microwave, food left in the refrigerator, and the mattress with palm size dried blood quite visible even with a mattress pad. Ok, it was handled and got keys to another room. 2nd room better but I found clthes left in the drawer from a previous rental. Also, dried blood on spare comforter. The bathtub still had brown dirty ring .Ok situation handled. I still felt the need to wash everything and reclean things in my new room for confidence gone out the window. With the cleaning supplies I went out and invested in to santisize the place, I feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience. However, I don't mind paying for such a place, but I feel like I paid for a place that wasn't up to standards especially as advertised. Therefore, this was a disappointing experience for someone looking to do business with you on a regular basis along with my colleagues who contract and look for housing in that area on a regular basis. I've traveled to the Bay area for over 15 years and can honestly say this is the first time I have ever encountered this type of issue. Otherwise, the place met my needs. It was spacious and comfortable. My concerns are with the housekeeping department. I feel like the lack of cleanliness will cause such a nice place to become infected with bed bugs in the future. I'm skeptical about using them or recommending them. Thanks for your immediate attention and is awaiting for your response. Rhonda E., Director of NationalTravel Nurse Division
