package delayed, still haven’t receive my product also it’s very hard to contact for any help

The tanzinite was too light.i need to return it. What do I need to do.

I ordered this ring in December and the Emerald fell out in May. I emailed them and never got a response until I went on their site and messaged with them. Finally after some time I sent the ring back to them and charged me $50 to add the Emerald. Not a problem. Two weeks later the ring completely broke. It’s almost like the ring is terribly made. I’ve never had so many problems with a ring I spent $300+ on.

I actually dropped the ring the day I got it and a fairly large piece broke off the emerald. I was devistated because I was supposed to propose that day. Now I’m out 700 dollars and still not engaged

I am trying to return a ring I received which looks different from the picture, and wrong size. I have gotten NO response from Gin and Grace support team after multiple emails!

I received my item with missing parts . Was so embarrassed after gifting my fiancé and seen there were flaws. Was very unhappy.

I bought a jewel and they sent me the empty box . it was disappointing.

During the 2nd day of usage the opal stone fell off. Luckily, the stone was not lost, but I was very disappointed.
