The service owner contacted me directly…
The service owner contacted me directly on Instagram and gave me the impression I was purchasing matchmaking services. After paying, it turned out to be online coaching that did not deliver as promised. I requested a refund multiple times and was ignored. When I notified the service owner about a security alert indicating my email and password were exposed in a data breach linked to her website, she dismissed my concern instead of addressing it seriously. After her dismissive responses, I expressed my frustration about the situation. Rather than resolving the issue, the service owner responded by threatening to block me. I notice she uses the same dismissive responses to other customers’ legitimate complaints on review platforms. This is not an isolated incident, it’s poor customer service and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this service. Customers should be aware that refund requests are ignored, security concerns are dismissed, and complaints are met with threats. This is a genuine experience and I have not received any incentive to write this review.

I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts. First--this person was never contacted by me or my official social media accounts. And they have been unable to provide any documentation to back up any of their claims. This purchase was made in 2023 for an educational coaching program—not a paid matchmaking membership, as was clearly described at the time of purchase. Before purchasing the program, every participant was required to watch a video in which I clearly explained that this was an educational coaching program—not a matchmaking service—and why I believe this approach gives women the tools to improve their dating lives when they do the work. For the past 18 years, my business has specialized in professional matchmaking for successful men while also offering educational programs for women. As part of her purchase, the reviewer received lifetime access to my books, videos, course materials, audio trainings, downloadable resources, bonuses, and community, along with the live coaching support included during the program. After nearly three years of continued lifetime access to those materials, she contacted me regarding an alleged security issue. I took that concern seriously and, on multiple occasions, requested documentation so it could be forwarded to the appropriate third-party provider for investigation. No documentation was provided. The conversation later shifted to a request for a refund. As explained, the purchase was subject to the no-refund policy that was clearly disclosed and agreed to at the time of enrollment. Because this review concerns a specific customer's account, I won't discuss additional details publicly. Once the tone of our correspondence became increasingly adversarial, I informed the reviewer that I would no longer continue direct communication.
