( *** SCAM DO NOT USE *** ) Paid for TV, then advised it was a delayed delivery ( Rob ) others continued communications ultimately it never arrived, the no explanation or communication!!!

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. This whole website is a complete SCAM!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this website. After making my purchase, I encountered issues that required me to request a refund. I was contacted by email and was clearly told that I would receive a refund. Based on that message, I expected the matter to be resolved promptly. Unfortunately, despite the promise, the refund never arrived. I followed up multiple times but did not receive a satisfactory resolution or clear explanation about why the refund had not been processed. Being told that a refund would be issued and then not receiving it has been extremely frustrating and has left me feeling misled.

Ordered a tv, promised a date of delivery. Then that date changed. It's been about 6/7 weeks and still nothing tv. Sent them emails but no response. Wouldn't recommend them.

I paid for a TV on 16th May. Told I'd receive tracking number which I received immediately. Will receive on 30th May. Then 6th June then 9th June. Bogus delivery company. Couldn't get hold of them. Had many communication emails offering 1st 10% then 20% discount all to fob me off. I have waited 30 days. Was told I get a refund after I asked for it. NOTHING!!! This company is Not legitimate. I checked with trust pilot before purchasing. Bit annoyed that it was 4*out of 5.bogus reviews obviously. Wish trust pilot would check more.

Hasn't been delivered and no contact for weeks, likely to be a scam

Ordered and paid for a TV on 05/05/26. Given a delivery date of 14-21 working days. Thought I would give them a chance. 08/05/26 they provided a tracking number and courier website. 29/05/26 got an email apologising for the delay and that it would now be 10/06/26. Also offered a 20% discount if I was prepared to wait. I accepted. 10/06/26 came and went. No update. No change on courier website. No 20% refund. I emailed to cancel my order and request full refund. No response. No answer to phone calls. I am now reclaiming through my credit card company.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews, this company is a scam!!!

Do not order from this fake company. I ordered tv that didn’t arrive. Company is a scam and the delivery company is a scam. My payment went to a flat in London and my credit card lender are busy investigating it now. All the good reviews are fake
