Account recovered after half a year
Account recovered after half a year. Put time and money into this account and he just took it. DO NOT BUY, HE WILL HACK IT BACK!

You've only ever bought one account from us ever, which you have already left a negative review regarding. Simply stating at the end "Do not buy!" , I'm mentioning this for anyone reading this comment as you can scroll down and see that in his other review. It's my hope readers can ask themselves the question with this in mind, would someone leaving a review stating "Do not buy" likely actually go onto buy again? Sometime after purchasing that one and only account ever from us and putting 4B+ of OSRS gold on it, you mentioned you had complications. (I handled this personally but forgive me if I misremember exactly when the issue occurred as it was just short of a year ago but I believe I can gage for certain though it was sometime 2+ weeks after the sale but not much longer than a month or so you had the account). Unfortunately, I was unable to ever recover back this account for you and return it as to your request. When you had reported your issue with it saying you had lost access you asked for me to take those steps. However one conflicting issue is, your review states I recovered back an account off you after half a year. This is both entirely untrue as for a possible timeframe based off your own reports and as well as untrue that I was able to take the action of recovering your account/hacking it back as you quoted, as I simply could not recover the account back from Jagex's systems. Unfortunately, given the circumstances for this account I couldn't ever really for certain figure out exactly what went wrong. The circumstances of this didn't feel normal to me so I only refunded you $100 of the $260 payment. I didn't feel right refunding the whole payment as you also had mentioned putting 4B on the account which for someone as deeply into this as myself I understand that could definitely trigger a manual review that otherwise would not have occurred causing them to see the account was also sold. I won't say what I did was right or wrong, sometimes it's really hard to know for sure. (it's very easy to have a self bias whenever money is involved), I do understand a $100 refund is not the same as a full $260 payment and why you would be upset. Although, it does need to be said that this a bad faith falsified review misrepresenting the reality of what had happened. I'll also mention Trustpilot is supposed to be meant for one review per customer experience. I please ask you stop contacting me as well as others involved with the business in the coming future. Regardless though, whether you do or not this will be my last response to you regarding this situation. That will not change whether you attempt to contact me here, on discord; or anywhere else.
