Stay far far away from this Company I would give them less than a star if I could They will lend you money but you have to give your debit card to make payments . But these people just take money out of your account at any time for any amount

After being funded twice we were denied twice with no clarity of information. It doesn't help that you can only speak to a AI.

They say they don't review your credit only your business..that's not true. They denied me because of my credit. Yes they should only look at your ein and your bank account that proves the business worth. So I am very disappointed.

Giggle Finance presents itself as a provider of business cash advances, but in my experience, what they actually offered was a fixed-payment loan disguised as a receivables purchase. This setup appears designed to sidestep lending regulations, avoid consumer protections, and mislead small business owners into thinking they have no recourse. They pulled my personal credit report, used consumer-coded ACH debits, and continued to withdraw funds from my account even after I revoked authorization in writing and had made it abundantly clear that no revenue had come in. Further, when an unrelated deposit was made into the account, they manually pulled an ACH withdrawal, which suggests they were monitoring the account via the Plaid connection (which is against Plaid's policy). I requested a copy of the original agreement several times and was ignored. Their collections messages were not just aggressive — they were coercive and, in some cases, flatly contradicted the law. I was threatened with credit damage within 24 hours of a missed payment. The language they used was designed to pressure and intimidate, despite this being a so-called business product. To be clear, what Giggle Finance offers is not a legitimate Merchant Cash Advance (MCA). A true MCA is a purchase of a percentage of your future business revenue. Stripe Capital is a good example — they collect a set percentage of daily sales, so if your revenue slows down, your payments slow down too. Giggle’s product does not work that way. Payments are fixed, no matter your income. There is no link to actual business performance. And while their website claims you can “adjust payments anytime,” the reality is very different. I have saved copies of their collections texts — now submitted to regulators — that show they explicitly deny any flexibility once you’re in repayment. That contradiction between marketing and enforcement is not just deceptive — it exposes the true nature of their product: a high-interest, non-negotiable loan enforced with consumer tactics and threats. I’ve filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner, and the Texas Attorney General. These agencies are now reviewing Giggle’s practices. If you’ve been through something similar, I encourage you to document everything, do NOT be intimidated by their tactics, and file complaints with regulators as the more people who do, the more likely they will be forced to answer for their tactics. Know this: You do have rights. You can revoke ACH authorization under federal law. No company has the right to threaten your personal credit over a business product disguised to avoid regulation. And they cannot ignore repeated requests for the signed contract while continuing to debit your account. Giggle Finance is counting on fear and confusion. Do not stay silent. What they’re doing isn’t just unethical — it may be unlawful. But unless people speak up, it will continue.

A human to talk to would be great. No return on emails, texts, or calls. No service. DO NOT USE!
