Horrible experience… loan sharks! I was approved for an amount. In the terms they give you your total payback. However, they take additional fees from the loan amount. They do not specify your total payback does not include these fees. The date for early payback was only available one day and then removed. I could not find any copy of the terms of this loan anywhere in the app. A copy of the contract can not be found anywhere or terms of the loan are no where on their site or under the account. A list of all my payments had a status of unpaid except for one even though every payment was made on time. I contacted them through text (their method of communication) the day the loan was received 7/6/22 to ask why additional fees were being taken out and where is a copy of the signed contract, no response. I reached out again on 8/7/22 reiterating my original request. They advised the total payback did not include the fees and those were taken from the original loan so I received less than I was supposed to and paid fees on money they took. Tried to open the copy of the “contract” and the file would not load. Messaged them immediately letting them know that link that was sent is not working and none of my payment have updated to paid in my account. As of today, 9/16/22 no one has sent a new link of a copy of my signed contract. No one has responded to my pay early disappearing immediately after. They even messaged me after deducting the final payment threatening me a default fee of $1500. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They got all my info, approved me, showed me an amount I was going to get, then denied me when I signed the contract.

I have driven for Lyft, Uber, and do Flex for about 3 years now. I average about 30 to 40 hours a week with my full time job. I have applied 3 times to the "made for gig workers" program to be rejected 3 times. I finally had to obtain an approval from my local bank, Chase. I think maybe Giggle got this one wrong - it appears where the relationship is at is what matters.

Giggle Finance charges high rates. To start they will approve you For instance they will approve you for $1386.96 and give you one month to pay off $1789.18 with small weekly charges of $125. If you miss the payment it will balloon to nearly double to over $2200. Also those numbers are negotiated down because they wanted to charge nearly a $150 more just for the discount payoff. They charge for disbursement, origination 7.25%, $35 wire fee, $99 blocked payment. They will approve you and then make you wait weeks with no response. They say they are experiencing heavy call volume even though there is virtually no way to speak with anyone on the phone. They say you must wait for them to reach out to you — for funding and after you are “approved” also don’t expect a renewal.

Communication with this company is horrible. I paid off my first loan with them and was offered another loan with a higher amount and lower fees. I was told not to apply online again, everything would be done through text message. They told me they had a high demand of re-contracts, and would put me in a queue, so someone would reach out to me within a few days. I didn't hear back from anyone until 14 days later. I tried to sign my contract that same day, but the website was having technical issues. I informed them about the issue. They said someone would reach out. No one ever did. I've reached out four times over the past month, and still haven't gotten a response.

This company litterally connected with my business bank account through my bank, had access to all my information and never followed through with their word and with the completion of the amount that I was told would be lent to us. I definitely DO NOT recommend working with them. Very dishonest and inconsiderate with their communications.
