After having multiple paid off loans with the Giggle company. I wasn’t allotted my 3rd approved funding due to past communications telling the company to stop asking me to take out more loans when I didn’t need anymore at that time. Don’t use giggle finance, the customer should always be right.

The first loan process went wondeful. Even had a phone call from someone exclaiming how they wanted to be there for me and I could call anytime I needed anything. My second loan went ok until my account at Chase was compromised and it was out of my control and I had to update banking information with Giggle. Then the $(:? started to roll down hill. Finally made it through that loan after having some very difficult conversations and being limited to nothing but text messages. I had one phone call to resolve the bank update from who was supposedly their accounting person and she was almost blaming me for the issue. When I applied for the third loan they basically said they were not going to lend to me because during those heated discussions I made mention I would do what I am doing now and write a review on my experience. When they mentioned this it was almost like they were telling me I wasnt allowed to do this as a consumer. But it is every consumers right to write a review. They told me to wait until January as they wanted a “cool off” period. Great - I did my part. Today - I am told in January they still are not going to give me a third loan. Someone at that company is booty hurt and holding it against the consumer. Nothing in their contract nor my payment histort would give any reason to not approve me. If they are a reputable company wanting to grow their company then they would not be treating good paying customers as they have myself or others that have experienced similar experiences. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Supposedly they have 1000’s of customers but something says otherwise like the multitude of fake Google Reviews that if you research are very evident to be fake. Good bye Giggle! You definitely do not make those of us that have figured you out Giggle.

DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. EVEN WHEN YOU GET APPROVED YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT A FEW DAYS FOR SOMEONE TO CALL JUST TO TELL YOU THEY CAN'T FINANCE YOU. TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY!

For real.. how can anyone rate you guys 5 star? Except you guys treat some nice and others bad. Whoever keeps doing with this company will definitely go penniless soon. 45% interest rate and all kinds of hidden fees. Unknown contract terms until everything is done. Well this company can be long in business except they change but please stop the SCAM.

Predatory lenders with incompetent customer service. They pray on gig workers in the need of quick money and they advertise it as "flexible payments" but in reality, they aren't. They won't let you adjust a payment date for any reason. Customer service is incapable of talking on an actual phone and only text out of fear that they may need to understand someones situation. Hide behind a wall. Stay far away. They're making ridiculous interest and taking advantage of hard-workers.

This has been such a horrible experience. I wish i could leave no stars. Please do not apply for this. They ask for all of your personal information- approve you.. tell you the amount you will get with a payment schedule..then Ask you to text your name to a number so someone can disburse the money you were just approved for. Then when you text it saying the “call volume is high” yet you can’t reach them by phone..only text. Hours later you will be notified saying their underwriters couldn’t do it. With all of the growing cyber crimes today, this is too risky. Do not do it if you value your personal information. Hackers are on the rise and there is no telling what this company may do . I am changing every single thing I gave them today so I don’t risk my information being sold to the black market or whatever. Unprofessional and they need a new system. Horrible.

Te ofrecen préstamos, con contratos dudosos,procura no quedarte sin trabajo momentáneamente,que no paran de amenazar, no te dejan tranquilo aunque le expliques tu situación, super groseros, y maltratan a.las personas, apenas tenga trabajo salgo de esta pesadilla y los bloqueo por dónde quiera, yo nunca les pedí nada, ellos ofrecieron, debían mejorar su mala manera de tratar a las personas.

I’m currently dealing with them right now. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. They are extremely rude they will not help you with any sort of payment arrangement if you get behind and they will threaten you with $1500 on top of what they say you owe, these people are slime and should be not allowed to run any sort of business online. We need to get together to shut down giggle finance once and for all. DO NOT USE THEM!
