Do not use! They are the worst and prey on small businesses. If I could give a 0 star, I would. The 5-star reviews are fake; don't believe the hype I was informed that Giggle give gas cards out f in exchange for good reviews! Make sure you read all reviews on all platforms thoroughly and ensure that the people leaving reviews are legitimate by confirming they have other reviews. I have asked to speak with management several times, but I now know that the responses are from the actual owners, which should be a red flag. Their only response is with texting, and they are very rude, unprofessional, unwilling, use uncouth tactics and responses, threatening, and predatory, even if you are a good-paying customer and have done business with them before. They hide behind a keyboard, sending unprofessional messages and will not talk with you. They have continued to withdraw money out of my account on the wrong day, even when I'm willing to pay them and have asked them to adjust the day to Fridays rather than Wednesday. They are the worst in doing business and communications. Don't do it. I feel sorry for all the newbies getting swindled and thinking this is good business. They will try to hurt your credit intentionally, although you are willing to pay. They threatened to also charge a $1,500 attorney fee if you are one day past the weekly payments. I explained that I would pay through the portal on Fridays, which I have, and still get threatened because it's not on a Wednesday. They do not care how badly it affects your bank account because they continue to withdraw on the wrong day and will not change it after I was told they had no problem doing so. The reps or owners have big egos and hide behind a computer to disregard your issues. Instead, they are condescending and will not work with you. I feel sorry for all the newbies getting loans or, as they say, "it is not a loan," yet they charge origination fees and say loan on their website, but the newbies will soon find out that is a total lie! You have been warned. Also, if you have been treated horribly and have had issues and would like to join a class-action lawsuit, please reach out to me via sociaI or 803-470-1085. I will not sit idly by and allow them to mistreat or bully people, nor will I let this horrible experience die down. Also, make sure you file a complaint with the FTC. This company's responses by their reps/owners are horrible, degrading, and they are unwilling to work with you, even if you pay them. Stay away!!! If you have fallen victim to their unlawful antics and would like to join a class-action lawsuit, please reach out. Also, be sure to file a complaint with the FTC. They are being investigated on their business tactics! They are predatory. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ADVISE YOU TO READ ALLLLL REVIEWS thoroughly. THEY PAY FOR GOOD REVIEWS. Check BBB.. CHECK GOOGLE. Don't believe the hype! If you did get a loan recently.. I'm sure you realize by now or you will very soon find it was a huge mistake! If you gave a good review after approval and realize later that you made a mistake..be sure to edit your review to reflect what really happened to you.Just cause it's fast and easy don't mean it's a good deal. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️... STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LATER!

This place seems like a scam. Got approved for $3400. Went to enter bank account info for transfer, their system keeps saying that my account number is wrong. They don’t respond to emails or texts. If you try calling their listed phone number, you get a recording and then the call ends.

DO NOT take a loan from here! No matter how desperate you need the $. Find it somewhere else!! This is not your only option. I honestly wish I would have read the reviews in depth before taking this loan. I have been in some bad places financially in the past. Never, have I ever paid this much money from borrowing before in my life! This might cost you more than a payday loan company.

If you're desperate (like my business was)... RUN!!! DON'T DO IT!!!! This is a crooked, non-transparent, and predatory "loan" company that operates unethically—from abusing bank data synced via Plaid, to debiting bank accounts unconnected to your loan, to harassing text, to the outrageous fees and interest. I regret taking the loan and it has cost me more and caused MORE stress and setbacks... than if I'd toughed it out without the loan. I've now had to contact my bank to reverse the unauthorized ACH transaction which Giggle debited without my permission, they debited via ACH an account they are NOT permitted to access for payments. I've also disconnected my bank accounts from Plaid. I have records of everything. I'll be taking legal action if necessary if this unethical activity continues. "DAC", "David Allen Capitol", "Giggle Finance"... or whatever they call themselves... does not care about small businesses or small business owners! I stumbled upon them accidentally while researching potential MLM companies to partner with. They market themselves as a "Christian" loan/finance company that "wants to see small business owners succeed". They claim "... we believe small business owners are rockstars..." My company needed funds due to slow months and low income/profits... and I decided to try "DAC" ("David Allen Capital"/"Giggle") to see what the customer experience and loan application process was for small business owners who are actually in a bind and need cash before going all in as an MLM partner. Listen...if you're a small business with a real financial need, they are going to exploit you. They are unprofessional, thirsty crooks!!! There's no way to even talk to an actual human directly by phone. All communication is through text messages. Never again!!!!

Too many exorbitant fees!!! Definitely a PREDATORY LENDER!!! Had to pay $321 in interests and fees just to get $359. I was going to argue a point but IMMEDIATELY upon an initial text I was met with a DISRESPECTFUL OVERTURE! It's like once they had you commit they felt like they had the right to respond to you negatively. I admit that I overlooked one piece of information about a one of the fees on the contract, but it still shouldn't have warranted the "Got you now byytch!" Attitude. If you REALLY don't have to do business under these terms and conditions I HIGHLY SUGGEST you steer FAR away from this type of borrowing!!

Absolutely terrible customer service and zero help. They treat you like a second class citizen and are rude as can be.
