Gigalixir could block you without warning
I started to use Gigalixir, added my credit card and then created my application, this just works for 2 days and then without notice just disappear. At this moment I have 9 dollars used of the database. I said, don't worry, I am going to create a new app, but for my surprise I have been blocked for Gigalixir without reason. I have sent an email today requesting any explanation about that, but just respond this: "Thanks for your interest in our service, however our team has made the choice not to do business with you. Please feel free to use one of the other providers on the market for your applications. " What joke of company is this? Just to complete the information, my application is just a little ERP of a small company, the app is made with elixir and phoenix. This is the Gigalixir ticket 3381 if you have curiosity.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to clarify what happens to users that violate Gigalixir's TOS and leave a trail of unpaid bills across multiple accounts. We rarely remove users from our platform, but in this case, we had to take action. This user created multiple accounts and deployed apps that violated our terms of service. To maintain the integrity of our platform and protect paying customers, all associated accounts have been removed. Additionally, this user had a repeated pattern of signing up and then walking away with unpaid accounts. Each time a payment failed, a new account was created under a different email to bypass our policies, sidestep the outstanding bills, and redeploy additional apps that performed actions in violation of our TOS. We take fairness and security seriously, and our policies are in place to ensure a reliable experience for all legitimate users. Those who knowingly violate these terms or repeatedly avoid payments should expect the same enforcement.
