An absolute rip off and waste of money. I cannot believe that this company still exists... Do NOT waste your money. You will get a disgusting piece of plastic that would lower the tone of even the most disgusting bin. Absolutely appalled, I hope this company goes bust soon and no more mugs like me waste any more money buying from them. Shocking...

If I could give minus stars I would have, ordered for a present for my father never received it after endless emails and nagging them finally got a refund 2 months later , worse service I ever seen

The object received was nothing like the pictures advertised on site. Not even the right gnome and looks nothing like the picture. I was expecting a round gnome and received a flat piece of plastic with stick for ground. i consider this a total waste of money and I was very disappointed

I ordered a garden gnome with the face of my nephew on it for nearly £20. When it arrived it was a cheap plastic flat piece of rubbish with a totally different face in it. In fact I think they have used the same photo I had seen in the advert When I went back to the merchant they told me it had been customised in accordance with the photo sent. It looks like a different person. Do not buy anything from this site

Absolutely awful! Don’t get what you ordered! Advertise items and once ordered they add a different description (i have diff emails to what is ordered to what is sent). When challenged they don’t care! No refund no nothing just a tuff get what i’ve sent! Bad bad waste of money 100%. GO ELSEWHERE!

Huge scam. Ordered gnome statue for garden and instead got bookmark. Customer service the rudest ever dealt with in my life. Horrible company. Fraudulent and false advertising

I ordered a "Custom Gnome from Any Photo" the photo showed a garden gnome made from a photo of a women, so I uploaded a photo of my husband. This took over a month to arrive but what arrived was cewrtainly NOT a gnome and NOT my husband, just a small piece of flat plastic with a randoms face on. I complained thinking it was the wrong order, but they referred me to the small print. Despite showing an image of a knome the small print state "Acrylic Plaque stake". Complete scam, waste of time and money

1. The item was not what was pictured. I thought I was buying a personalized gnome but instead it was a 2-d acrylic stretched image. 2. The item came shipped in a bubble wrap and was cracked. They offered to reimburse 20% or resend. 3. I asked for a resend and that came cracked again. I asked for 100% refund. They said all they can do was 40% max refund. For a product that didn’t look like the photo and I never got a non cracked version. Sigh. Do not support this “shop”.
