Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a package for my mother-in-law it was supposed to be customized but it wasn't had the wrong picture and name emailed in message on Facebook for over a month to try to get fixed barely could get a response we'll never order from them again!!! All I wanted was the card in my necklace box to be replaced with the one I ordered and they wouldn't even do that

SCAMMERS. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. ORDER SOMETHING FOR MY SISTER'S BIRTHDAY IN APRIL AND THEY SAID IT'S BEEN DELIVERED AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. WHEN I GOT IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE THEY GAVE ME A ROUTING NUMBER THAT WASNT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I’ve ordered from them on 05/05/2020 and it’s not 07/09/2020 and I still haven’t received a tracking #. I’ve e-mailed them on several occasions and no one ever responded. I’m so mad that I didn’t read the reviews first! $112 gone to waste.

placed order with them 11/29/2019 they send me updates but the same ole updates over and over again, I have demanded my money or product never recieved as they state its been processed, freaking scammers DO NOT order from them they are disgusting ppl

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! This is a house address in New York I placed order on December 2nd and still nothing so I did some research number is disconnected also when you email them is automated so it says the same thing over and over again I ask for a work number and all I got back was thank you for your purchase also no shipping info was ever sent call your bank and put a stop on payment.... THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN A.S.A.P.......
