Tbh I wouldn’t even put one star, I got the iced out hoops which isn’t fully iced out which the picture doesn’t show and the hoop is literally so big! It looks like a hoop made for women. The shine is also nothing. Very disappointed in my purchase and will never buy from them again and I advise the same. Horrible, just complete garbage 🗑 Stay away from the gifted few 👌

SOO where to start. I ordered a dynasty watch and it took weeks to arrive and then it didn't last a day. It broke as i put the watch on and I ask for a refund and they say ''I got you fam, send us an email.'' and 2 days later NO email. Do Not buy from them they are not trusted and the dynasty band/strap isn't fully iced. They made it look like it was fully iced BUT IT IS NOT!

I purchased the 4.83 cushion cut blue solitaire. I received it very quickly, 2 days after ordering. The stone is what you would imagine for a $500 4.83 C sapphire. It has no depth. Perhaps cushion cuts are cut to look "flat". It looks black under most lighting. Outdoors it looks to have too much purple for my taste. I guess I was hoping to get lucky. I called customer service and asked how their prices were so low before ordering, and was told that it was because they were not a retailer. I now know that it's because they are less sought after stones. Jewelers probably wouldn't use them in a retail store. Unfortunately, my daughter wanted to try it on and ripped the tag off, otherwise I would have sent it back. Customer service was great and delivery was fast.

very competitive pricing and prompt dispatch. The pic in the online search showed the stone quite a bit lighter in colour than is really the case though.

reliable, fast, courteous service; nice selection of jewelry; well designed web site

After looking through a few other websites for natural gems, I found Giftedjewelry. At first I was skeptic, having never heard of this site before, but after looking around I found they had exactly what I needed for a price that fit my budget.

I ordered real ruby ear rings for my Granddaughter from this company. turn around time was amazing. Ear rings just like picture and very nice. I would order from this company again

I recently ordered a Blue Topaz pendant necklace from giftedjewelry.com. I was really surprised at the quality for the price, and the delivery as expected. Since this was the first time I have ordered from them, actually hadn't heard of them before. They exceeded my expectations. I am very please with their service and will go back again.
