Whomever runs this website is an outright thief and i am writing this as a warning, NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS with this fake, unethical, morally bankrupt company!! I sold them a $120 gift card in which they agreed to buy for $84 which was supposed to be paid on October 16,2026. Mind you i had already waited 10 business days and i was told by customer service that payment would be processed on the 16th. They are no longer responding, ive called the phone number several times, written several emails and have been completely ignored. Now i am going to report them to every possible agency and hopefully shut them down! They are thieves and obviously do not care about the consequences! I will spread the word and hopefully this will not happen to another person!!

These people have had my gift card approved since July 8th and I have not heard anything from them they still have my card and money's actually missing off the card now. It was a $50 card now it's down to $39. I have a feeling that they're going to try to say that I didn't give them a $50 card, but they wouldn't have approved everything if it wasn't correct in the beginning. I have emailed them, no response. There's no real explanations on how they do business there's obviously no real contact information. Don't do business with these people. On September 08, I received an email saying they sent a request for me to be paid. I have emailed them two twice since then to put the missing money back on my card. And I would take my card back. No response!

This website is the worst.
This website is the worst gift card marketplace. I am a bulk buyer and have been dealing gift cards for years. One of my cards from GiftCardOutlet does not have any balance. I filed the claim 10 minutes after the gift cards were delivered claiming the gift card has no value. I followed up with the customer service email 7-day, 15-day, and 18-day into the claim but nobody responded. Called the customer service phone number and left a voice message. No response either. I am filing a claim with credit card company now. Definitely avoid this website by all means. If you want to save on gift cards, try cardcenter or card depot. Their customer service is very responsive.

I bought a $60 Starbucks gift card last…
I bought a $60 Starbucks gift card last year and only used almost half of the balance. And just recently when I checked my balance on the Starbucks gift card when site the balance was $0. Email them earlier this week and no response. This company is a SCAM company. I advise anyone reading the comments here to avoid buying from them.

My experience with Gift Card Outlets:
My experience with Gift Card Outlets:
I never imagined I'd be writing a post like this, but I hope it prevents someone else from going through what I did.
I requested a quote from Gift Card Outlets to sell an $80 Maurices gift card. I initially asked for 75% of the card's value, and they quickly counteroffered with 60%. I wasn't thrilled with the offer, but I had recently lost my job and really needed the money. My anniversary was coming up, and I just wanted enough to take my wife out to dinner.
After accepting the offer, I heard nothing for about a week. Eventually, they contacted me requesting a photo of my driver's license. I sent it immediately—and then sent it a second time just to make sure they received it.
Another week went by. When I logged into my account, my driver's license was still listed as "under verification."
With our anniversary less than a week away, I decided to call. I finally reached someone who gathered my information, assured me everything looked fine, and told me the money would be deposited into my account within 24 hours.
Twenty-four hours passed. Nothing.
Another 24 hours passed. Still nothing.
I called again and got someone's voicemail.
The next day, I called again. Voicemail.
The day after that, I called again. Voicemail.
At that point, I pressed "0" to access the company directory. Assuming the extensions probably started around 100 like most businesses, I started dialing every extension from 100 through 200, hoping to reach a real person.
Every. Single. One. Went to voicemail.
Eventually, I accepted that I probably wasn't getting paid anytime soon. I still managed to take my wife out for our anniversary, but only because I had to pawn some jewelry. I absolutely hate pawn shops, but she's worth doing whatever it takes.
Over the following days, I sent multiple emails—first asking politely for an update, then pleading for someone to respond, and finally warning that I would report the situation if I continued to be ignored.
I never received the communication or resolution I expected.
That's why you're reading this.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Gift Card Outlets. I sent them my gift card and personal identification, was repeatedly told to wait, and after weeks of delays, unanswered calls, and ignored emails, I was left feeling completely abandoned as a customer.
If you're thinking about selling your gift cards through this company, I strongly encourage you to proceed with extreme caution and do your own research first. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the frustration, stress, and financial hardship that my experience caused.

I sold a gift card to this outlet and…
I sold a gift card to this outlet and immediately regretted it. They accepted the card, then suddenly claimed there was a “problem” after they already had the information. Instead of resolving it, they dragged the process out and never provided a clear answer or timely payment. Sellers deserve transparency and professionalism neither of which I received here. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about selling to them.

Giftcardoutlets.com scammed me
Giftcardoutlets.com scammed me. I sold them an egift card and upon waiting the 10 business days I still had not received my money so I contacted their customer support using the phone number listed on their website. For 3 days I was told it would be sent by the end of the day, on the 4th day I tried to call again and found that my number has been blocked.

Don't use. They drain the balance. They don't give you the money
They stole the money off my giftcard. They didn't pay me. They blocked me.
