Scam they won't stop charging me and there is no way to log on and stop billing

SCAM WEBSITE, CANT LOGIN TO ACCOUNT OR RESET PASSWORD DONT ANSWER EMAIL, DONT USE THIS PAGE YOU'LL HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!

Create your account and be charged even when you are not using the service. (Even when you gif library is empty If you have just thought about this). I've already sent hundreds of e-mails about why the hell I was being charged every month by different charges if I'm not using the service. Nobody answers you. Give up. Maybe it's better to continue charging customers and no answering no one, better to their pockets at least. Don't start, but If you do, pay with a virtual credit card which you can delete after using it without causing you any problem.

Hopefully the website will never die, it's a great website, nice and clean interface, first time using their services so far I haven't encounter any problems, I'll update my review if any problem occur.

I used their site on and off for months as a paid member. All of a sudden one day I was no longer able to make gifs from Crunchyroll. Every time I tried I would receive an error message and that continued for about a week, then I tried contacting them. Youtube links still worked, but I’d renewed my subscription mostly for the purpose of making Crunchyroll gifs. I sent them an email trying to find out if they’d stopped supporting Crunchyroll videos or if there was an issue with the site. No response. Sent them another email the next week but again received no response. My subscription recently expired and I used it maybe twice that month because of this. I really enjoyed their service to begin with but what good is it if you’re not able to reach them for help when having problems? I feel pretty ripped off and will definitely no longer be recommending them.
