Giant PartnersReviews of giantpartners.com

I've only been working with Giant Partners fairly recently but I have found Eddie to be knowledgeable, is contactable and has guided me to valuable data from Giant. The process to contract and receive the data was seamless as well.

I’ve had an overall positive experience with Eddie and with Giant Partners. They’re honest and up front about things which can sometimes be lacking in the email business, and which I really appreciate.

Excellent first experience! I am a new business and I contacted several direct mail list companies to get a data base of clients in my area. After the first inquiries with them, Corey at Giant Partners was the only one to follow up and offered great advise about what to expect. He knew the process and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. After deciding to go with Giant Partners, Corey walked me through the steps and gave plenty of time to make sure that I was comfortable using the portal. Overall, a great experience and I recommend Giant Partners (and Corey) to any business needing great service and affordable prices.

We've been working with Giant Partners for a number of years now and I've been very impressed every single time. Diligent & resourceful would be just a few of the words I would use to describe the team here. Zach Miller, our representative, is always more than helpful and happy to answer any questions we have! Highly reccommend!

I have been working with Brad and the folks over at Giant Partners for at lest a year. The B2B database industry consists of a ton of sketchy vendors which is why I am thrilled with the product and the service I get from Giant Partners. They have helped fill a number of challenging list specs and have always been willing to entertain my wild ideas about how to drill down on the data I need. There have been a few occasions where what I needed was obscure or just wasn't defined enough to get solid results. NEVER did they attempt to fulfill my order with fuzzy or less than top notch records! They are always my first call when a list request lands on my desk!

I have been a Giant Partners client for several years! Our company needs to generate a variety of different lists with some very specific and unusual parameters, and often quick turnarounds needed, and they never disappoint. Not only is their portal incredibly easy to use, but results are instant, and accurate. When I have a request outside of the portal's normal capacity, our Account Executive, Corey takes excellent care of me. He is professional, efficient, and kind, and always finds a way to meet and exceed my expectations! Before coming to Giant Partners, we tried multiple other list providers and had nothing but problems with list accuracy or being able to customize our lists to fit our needs…that is never and has never been an issue with Corey and his team at Giant Partners. Our business depends on the lists that they provide, and we have had great success because of their work. We look forward to working with them for many more years to come!

Thank you Vince Barile for an excellent customer service experience! Best recommendation and ideas from you!

Rick Wilson and Giant Partners are always finding ways to meet our needs in a very fast pace, changing world. No matter what kind of crazy idea or need I have, they are eager to try. I have been working with Giant Partners for all of my data needs for over 16 years, and will continue to work with them because of their professionalism and excellence in their work.
