the worst customer service ever! I've paid thousands and they still haven't completed my screenplay or audiobook. Still waiting for a response after they took my money

Never going any other place for ghostwriting saga ever again. The entire writing team was very helpful. I initiated a contract for completing a book and writing several articles to help with the promotion of the book. Fraud company I caught it quick I don’t know who they are paying to write good reviews but it’s a fake. Guy talks to me and says he an agent and then he says he assigns me to a lead writer but then the lead writer sounds just like the agent, he talks to me and doesn’t sound interested at all bout the project or the book. Get a call from a head writer and all he wants to talk bout is my bad review not the book not the project nothing else then catches a attitude when I ask him if the call was bout the book or the review
