customer service is terrible
customer service is terrible. Ive been trying all day to make contact by phone. All I get is a recording. Absolutely disappointed with this company. When I press 1 for sales it doesn't connect me to anyone then when I press 2 for customer service it goes to voicemail. This has been the most annoying transaction Ive been a part of in a long. They blew it with me.

After reading your message we have found there was an issue with our phone lines which we are fixing ASAP and will be able to better serve phone support. From reading the recent Customer Service communications with yourself it appears as though you are happy to have your order re-sent.
