I love the product. Unfortunately in Australia it makes getting small accessories a huge cost due to shipping fees. If this were somehow subsidised in the future it would make a huge difference. Or if a shipping warehouse were profitable in Aus then that would be even better!

The only emails I received from the company are the same ones you forwarded to me today. They only acknowledge receipt of my inquiry and state a response is usually issued in 24 hours. It has been over 10 days. Please let me know what I need to supply to you. Thanks. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shopping on the Ghost Vapes site was easy and fast, and the processing of my order and shipment of the MV1 was very fast. So far, so good. However, when I received my vaporizer 2 days later, I was unable to register it on the site, it kept refusing to let me register. I sent in a contact email but was never responded to. Also, I do love my MV1, it's a great vape with a very good draw and delivers great flavor, except the battery does not last long between charges. And I have a problem with the Bluetooth function. If I want to use it, I have to re-pair my phone and MV1 each and every time or it doesn't connect. I also sent a contact email to Ghost Vapes on this but they again have never responded.

Should come w/ extra or advice to purchase extra crucible lids. They’re the part that gets clogged quicker. Often if u do t pack the crucibles just right u don’t get the hits u were expecting without stirring them, which is tricky & messy. Should have a type of funnel spoon to empty it into then back into crucible so less is wasted

I just recieved the MV1 3 days ago. I am only rating it with 3 stars right now because the hardest part is actually opening the chamber to put your dry herb. It takes me about half dozen times, with extreme pressure and extreme anxiety before I get it opened. It is very hard, I'm hoping in time it will loosen up and not be difficult. Update - yes the door did loosen after a few days of use. Still leaving at 3 starts, at this time until i get to see if this is a good product. you cant feel or taste the flower. i do feel like it does give me the affect, but need more time to play with settings. the app just lost connection with device, trying to re-pair device and it isnt recognizing it. right now my opinion is that the PAX 3 is better so far for dry flower.

I started with the MVI stealth vape about 2 months ago. The crucible door wouldn't close. I received a second vape, with the same issue! I think there is a design defect! I received a 3rd (black/silver) vape, and that is still working. Customer service was good as they replaced defective products. Keeping my fingers crossed regarding my third MV1. Finally, Ghost seems to have little control of their suppliers. I asked when the crucibles would be available, and was told to 'just indicate that I wanted one' on the website. No one could tell me how long they would be backordered.

They don't test the units at the factory..My unit had an air leak somewhere and burned my leaf on the amber 2 setting first time I moved up from the amber 1 setting leaving a permanent awful taste..Now that the unit has been used, it is not returnable..While trying to fix/troubleshoot this unit I realized how many of the parts/washers must be in perfect tolerance to airlock and function properly..I have designed and built a private hydroelectric power plant before folks so I am not a complete dummy and trust me when I say this unit is definitely not for 95% of the ladies out there or anyone else that doesn't want to struggle pulling multiple parts out for cleaning/replacement etc..I suspect this unit can be the snizzel when working properly but sadly I was not able to experience this pleasure..My $300. ended up in the trash can after 24-36 hours of nothing but frustration and attempted repairs..Be advised if you get a lemon like I did you are essentially screwed..How can I know I got a defective unit without using the unit??..

not sure about battery life but nog had it long so still working it out.

Great product, but caught in ordering with a big discount. Had to pay £66 duty on delivery. My husband was supposed to receive 25 dollars when I ordered, hasn't received as yet.
