The vape quality and potency coming out of the MV1 is amazing. The mightly looks like a toy in comparison. The customer support is also amazing and was super helpful. That being said, the device is way to complicated for my taste. I'm still using it over anything else due to the amazing vape, but I'm constantly cursing.

I am new to vaping ,so far its good ,I have watch you tube video really helped .I needed that visual to help understand how to use,temps.,etc delivery was 48 hrs ,fast ! I was interested in reducing or eliminate smoking.I am looking forward to showing a friend. Thanks again!

I love the ease of use and the interchangeable compartments, but even on the lowest setting it overheats frequently. That is my only complaint though.

This vape is amazing! It is easy to use and heats the herb to produce a excellent amount of vapors. My only issue with it is that the battery take a very long time to charge, almost 12 hours. I would purchase a second battery for backup but it is sold out everywhere I can find it online. If not for this I would give this vape 5 stars

I am still learning to use this vape and up until today I thought that the app wasn't working correctly. I finally found a post on a website that explained the way that the app works which wasn't like I thought it should so the four stars is because directions should have been a little better. Also I am finding that if I pack the crucibles as loose as they recommend in the video that it doesn't produce as much vape. Tamping it down just a small amount doubled my vapor. The lack of directions is the reason for the four stars. Also I thought that the mouth piece was supposed to be glass but it is plastic.

Awesome vape and bundled purchased during the holiday season. Should have included the battery charger as well in hindsight. Hopefully there is a way to change the custom temperatures without a mobile app.
