GhostSwap blocked 20.5 ETH — 4 transactions, same source, only the 3rd blocked(exchange id:r6gfns7qebjs43e4)
GhostSwap changed its tagline from "NO KYC" to "Privacy-Focused Crypto Swaps" after I raised my case.
I sent 20.5 ETH to GhostSwap on May 24, 2026. At that time, their website clearly said "NO KYC." I had used them before for smaller amounts — everything worked fine. That is why I trusted them with a larger amount.
Here is what happened with my transactions. I sent four transactions from the same source on the same day:
1. Transaction 1: 19.59 ETH — successful
2. Transaction 2: 21.12 ETH — successful
3. Transaction 3: 20.5 ETH — BLOCKED (exchange id:r6gfns7qebjs43e4)
4. Transaction 4: — successful
All four came from the same source. Three went through. Only the third was blocked. If the source was truly the problem, all four should have been flagged. If it was clean, none should have been. This is not AML logic — this is a selective block.
I also want to note how GhostSwap operates. They use HitBTC accounts created under straw men's names. I suspect that one of their HitBTC accounts was blocked — not because of my transaction, but possibly because of another one. This is a clear example of a nested service. If one account gets blocked, they switch to another, and the funds of many other clients on that same account can be blocked too. This is a systemic risk for everyone who uses them.
I am still waiting for a resolution. No timeline. No clear position.

A total scam, do not trust like I did.
I had an issue with my transaction caught up on the Bitcoin chain which was NO fault of the company.
After almost 24 hours, I had reinitiated my funds by increasing the transfer fee and Ghost received my funds in minutes.
Now I am here after almost another 24 hours and they have my money, will not respond to my multiple emails.
Thank God I only started with around $100 for a swap which taught me a valuable lesson. I have another 10k in swaps I need to handle and obviously ghostswap.io is a total scam to grab your crypto and you will never see your money again.

Hi Money Man, we’re sorry for the frustration and the delay. In this case, the initial BTC transfer was stuck due to Bitcoin network confirmation/fee conditions. After you rebroadcasted with a higher fee, we received the valid transaction and immediately escalated it with our exchange partner. ✅ We are now processing your BTC → XMR swap at the current rate and will notify you as soon as it’s completed. If you reply to your open support email with your swap ID / TX hash, we’ll provide a direct status update right

TOTAL SCAM
Few transactions went through but when I tried it with bigger amount it never arrived even though it's marked as completed.
Support is ignoring me.

Thanks for sharing this — I’m genuinely sorry for the stress this caused you. I understand why it looks concerning when an order shows “completed” but the funds don’t appear in your wallet right away.
For your specific case, we’ve checked the transfer and can confirm the XMR was successfully sent and the transaction is completed on-chain. With Monero, it’s common for the receiving wallet to not display the balance immediately if the wallet hasn’t fully synced/scanned yet.
To resolve it, please:
Resync / rescan your wallet (or “reindex” if available) and keep it open until it finishes syncing
Ensure you’re checking the correct wallet/account/subaddress
If you’re using a light/mobile wallet, a full rescan often fixes it
If you’d like, we’ll help you directly — please reply to our support email (or send us your ticket ID) with your transaction hash and the wallet app you’re using, and we’ll guide you step-by-step until it’s reflected.
We’re not ignoring you, and we want to get this sorted quickly.
Best regards,
GhostSwap Support Team

TOTAL SCAM!!
TOTAL SCAM!!
Don't use it, they stole my crypto!!
I swapped Kaspa to another crypto and it never arrived, while the status says "finished". When following the transaction on Kaspa explorer, I see that my funds were sent to another kaspa adress. I followed the adress and have seen that it has received so many transactions in the last 30 mins. The amount on that adress is also huge! TOTAL SCAM, AVOID COMPLETELY!!
Response from GhostswapDec 21, 2025
Hi Jenny — sorry you’re dealing with this.
Just to clarify: this kind of “finished but not visible yet” situation often happens when the receiving wallet hasn’t fully synced/updated its data yet — and we see it quite often with XMR (Monero) specifically because wallets rely on full sync/scanning before balances show correctly.
Please try:
Resync / refresh your wallet (or “rescan/reindex” if available) and ensure the app is updated.
Leave the wallet open for a bit so it can fully sync/scan.
If needed, restore the wallet in the same app using your seed phrase (never share it).
If it still doesn’t appear after syncing, please contact support with your swap ID + TX hash(es) and we’ll trace it end-to-end.
Also, please reach out to your wallet’s support team as well — on our side the transaction output shows as finished/completed, so the missing balance is most likely related to wallet sync/display on the receiving end.

GhostSwap Looks legit at first glance—but my swap never arrived, no support reply, and I now believe it’s a scam
GhostSwap’s slick, professional design lures you into thinking it’s a trustworthy, no-KYC swapper. That’s exactly why I used it. Unfortunately, my experience ended with a missing swap, zero follow-up from support, and a pile of red flags I wish I’d seen earlier.
What happened (with proof):
I initiated a swap into ~0.003 BTC. I followed the on-screen instructions and sent XLM to the deposit address shown on the GhostSwap order page. You can verify both sides here:
My GhostSwap order page (shows the deposit address and my deposit):
Exchange ID: tuidapmqvbvejond
The on-chain XLM payment (confirms the funds left my wallet and hit their address):
stellarchain Operation ID: 251452867549237249
Despite the confirmed deposit, the BTC never arrived. The order did not complete, and there’s been no refund.
I contacted every support channel GhostSwap advertises—no response:
I used email , website live chat, Telegram, Twitter/X, and even submitted a Zendesk ticket via their help prompts. Crickets. No follow-up, no resolution, no refund. (GhostSwap’s own pages list live chat + support email as their help channels.)
Public signals others should know about before risking funds:
Trustpilot: As of today, GhostSwap’s profile shows only a handful of reviews with a mixed pattern—including 1-star “scam/lost money” reports—and a note that the company “Typically takes over 1 month to reply” to negative reviews. That lines up with my no-response experience.
BitcoinTalk (Scam Accusations): There’s a dedicated thread titled “[SCAM] GhostSwap – Fake No-KYC Crypto Exchange! Community Alert!” (active mid-June 2025), where community members document similar concerns. Worth reading before you transact.
ScamAdviser: Flags ghostswap.io with a very low trust score, notes the domain is relatively new (registered Jan 15, 2024), and highlights multiple risk factors. New domains plus custodial flow + no KYC is a combo that deserves extra caution.
KYCNOT.me: Rates GhostSwap 2/10 overall (“Really Bad”), with Privacy: 31 (“Bad”) and Trust: 0 (“Terrible”). That’s an unusually poor community reputation score for a “privacy-first” swapper.

Why I’m posting this:
I’m sharing these links so others can independently verify everything. If GhostSwap is legitimate and this was some rare edge-case, they have all they need to find my order from the URLs above, complete the swap, or at least get it touch with me. Until then, I can only conclude from my experience and the public signals above that using GhostSwap is unsafe.
My ask to GhostSwap:
If you are not a scam, prove it. Use the order and transaction links above to locate my swap. Send the missing BTC immediately or get in touch with me, then explain what went wrong and how you’ll prevent this for others.
My advice to the public:
Avoid GhostSwap until there’s clear evidence they resolve cases like mine and responsive support is consistent.
Always test with a tiny amount first and verify swaps complete promptly.
Prefer reputable, well-audited services with long histories and active support.
I wish I weren’t writing this, but my funds are gone and support is silent. Please be careful.

For clarification, here's what actually happened with this order:
The customer deposited a PEPE onto an unsupported chain. Our interface (and T-&-Ts) clearly state that only the listed chains are accepted and that off-chain deposits can't be auto-credited.
The amount was ≈ $0.65, well short of the minimum threshold for manual recovery clearly stated in the FAQ.
Within six minutes of the original message our support representative made this clear, offered the on-chain hash, and recommended further steps. Nothing further was said and the conversation was closed.
Despite same-day clarification, the customer posted this review indicating that we "didn't respond" and calling the service a scam.
GhostSwap processes thousands of on-chain swaps per week without ever possessing user keys. When a transaction is sent to the wrong chain we literally can neither forward nor refund it unless the user triggers (and pays for) manual recovery.
We're always pleased to help legitimate users who follow published guidelines. Should you require any clarification about how our non-custodial swaps work, please feel free to contact us 24 / 7 at [email protected].
