Since Shadowlands is still relatively new, there are still some difficulties which are, however, completely normal. The main developer and the community developers are making great efforts, but at the moment I only give 4/5 stars because it takes longer than usual. (Yes, I am aware of the current problems of the main developer). Nevertheless, I'm glad that I've been here since BFA and if you understand your class halfway, you can also have high parses.
