New Account. The speed response from everyone once I talked with Michelle about opening an account was superb. The process of Patricia sending account paperwork through notification of wire received account funded two days later, to me was impressive. Gold Standard company.
First, they work. Every time. That is a comfort. Second, courteous and knowledgeable support. Technical and broker support fix the problem, no drama. Third, low turnover, you know who you are working with and they know who you are. They are a gold standard company.
