Have purchased many units from Gex and have never been disappointed

Excellent service as usual.

I don't recommend this seller. I was charged twice for a wig stand even though I returned the correct item. They confirmed receiving my return but claimed it was the wrong product. I had to involve my bank and Amazon, who confirmed I won't be charged. Please be careful with this seller.

First of all, Ella, our customer service rep, is WONDERFUL to work with!! She always very helpful and so quick to respond to our emails. Secondly, the Gexworld wig grips are the BEST there are!! We have tried samples from many other companies over the years...none of their wig grips have the true grip that yours do!! We are very happy customers!!

Worst experience I ever had. Ordered a hair system on 7/25, On the site it says items in stock will be shipped within 48 business hours, All they did was start a label with UPS. But never gave UPS the item. When I contacted them, they told me they had email issues and that was the cause of the delay. They promised that my order was shipped. That was on 8/2. Then they didn't ship it for another 2 days. When I finally got the order, it was the wrong order. I can't even use the unit. It is so dense. It looks so fake. They promised me a refund. I still dont have it. Right now, I am out $175
