I was ready to switch from MenthorQ and booked the one-on-one call to confirm. The rep joined from his phone outdoors and was hard to hear over the wind. I shared my screen and he never demoed anything. When I asked why I should pick GEX Radar over competitors, he said I wanted a free 30 minute tutorial. Asking what the surface analysis was got me sent to their academy. He was dismissive and unprofessional, so I ended the call early and went elsewhere. The product looked promising, but the sales experience lost me.
