This place is a joke not only does it have horrible rtp with most slots but I was playing alot of the provider m2play and I was doing really good I go to play and they took all the m2slots which was minimum 20 cent bet and they raised it to a dollar minimum bet,,what this place does is it will do anything to make sure you don't cash out,,they changed the bets on the slots no one will want to play them not very many will play a dollar each roll so with this they push people towards the slots with the worst rtp and nobody plays the better slots,,it's sad how they operate and it's even worse how easy it is to see what how they operate and change so many things in there favor and if I'm right they don't even have a gaming license do to some little loophole with being a social casino and the owner makes some donations to charities and nobody trys to see how scandalous they are, I get casinos have the house in their favor but this place is ridiculous if you don't believe me go play yourself and also check the community chat on there website and see what people are saying

There's hardly any customer service you have to get a hold of them by email and it takes forever and playing gravity will it will say that your bet was not accepted and they will keep your money for that bet I have video proof of this and there RTP level sucks good luck at trying to win anything but the big thing is is they keep your money I was supposed to win on a x60 and it said that rejected and it kept my bet money if I could post a video here I would of them doing it do not play here

Won 20sc give away haven't received it when I log in it keeps telling me I need to login again I can't even get past the home screen yes site is pxxpxxpoopoo

GAMES KEEP CRASHING!!! On WiFi and off of WiFi I have screenshots to prove it, they took $50 from me m.

My experience is not nearly as good as these people's. No customer service what so ever, I won one of their contests, got an email with a gift code and the code doesn't work. I emailed them and they basically said why am I complaining about free SC?? And kept sending me the same email over and over no matter what I replied. I've won on the site 1 time and they wouldn't let me redeem until I played every dollar i won at least once.. it makes no sense. I paid to get the sc and once I won I had to play it to cash out?? It makes no sense

I woke up yesterday to find that my account was closed, and upon contacting customer service, they cited section 4.11. of their Terms of Service: "We reserve the right to refuse to open a Customer Account or to close a Customer Account in our sole discretion." Per conversations with other players, it sounds like many customers had a similar experience over the past week, where they were banned without warning or reasonable explanation. I didn't have much left in my account, but take it from me, there are plenty of other reputable platforms out there to use instead of taking a chance on a casino that has developed a pattern of seizing player accounts and funds.

I had a very disappointing experience with Zoot. My account was suddenly closed without clear explanation, and I was left trying to figure out what happened on my own. What’s most concerning is that I still had a remaining balance in the account, and getting a response regarding a refund has been difficult. Transparency and communication are extremely important for any platform handling user funds, and in this case, both were lacking. I’ve reached out to support and am hoping they resolve this properly, but as of now, the situation remains unresolved. I would advise others to proceed with caution until the company improves its account handling and customer support practices.

Wish I could give 0 stars. First I was so excited about the quick pay out bragged about it to friends and said try it.Added more money at this point, Second time went to cash out and it said .18 redeemable now mind you I had it over 100 up and down several times, finally I emailed them and miracously I could redeem my little 100.00. after that redemption I add money again, get it over 100.00 and try to redeem again, it says .12 redeemable, play it up and down around 130.00 120.00 80.00 all that get it back to 100.00 nothing redeemable, as soon as I get it to 50.00 its redeemable BUT the minimum pay out is now 100.00, I already had message them for the second time about trying to redeem again and getting the same message, they respond days later Oh we see you were able to redeem successfully, YES from the other day but I am trying to redeem AGAIN at 100.00. Done with this site, and letting my friends don't go here! I give props where they are due and this site has failed.
