I love my dog but he had issues that weren't shared with me before I took him. If he had gone to other home that wasn't as flexible as I am , it might have been a real problem. So I love the concept but people need to really do the research about why the dog is being given

It was an easy process and fairly inexpensive. I don't think the original owners were 100% with me or the website about the health of the dog and so I ran into massive vet bills right away. But the process itself was quick and easy.

It was a great experience but people aren’t always honest Dante is awesome and we love him very much , but it has been a chore at times. The former owners wrestled with him a lot , which caused him to react poorly when people move their hands around . We have been through training and he is doing amazing

There were a lot of pets listed where the caretakers never responded to requests for meet-ups. Absolutely no response. I was beginning to think the site was a joke. However, we finally received a response and it turned out to be a good one. We adopted a new baby and have been very happy. Its nice to understand in advance any quirks an animal might have you're considering adopting. Our contact was very straightforward and honest about our new adoptee's little hang-ups. As I said, we are very happy with the new edition to our family!

The app helped us find a best friend. The only drawback was the very short time we had to opt in to the complimentary pet insurance. Pumba came with some pretty bad (although manageable) conditions that were not identified by either the service or the owners. Other than that, it was really straight forward and the experience was very fluid at picking him up.
