Earned my complete trust in paying with WAAVE again in the future!
I was getting scammed by a seller I’ve used many times named socraticsolutions.us & if I am being honest, I was not feeling optimistic that WAAVE would help. Well, I am happy to admit that I was very wrong because Mariana Otero the Merchant Success Manager made certain I got my money returned!! I did have to message a few times but, in the end, she came through in a big way & I got a full refund! Moving forward I will have complete trust in paying with WAAVE again in the future!

There resolution center is great
I had an issue with a merchant and I contacted WAAVE about it, they shared their resolution center link and I started a claim. The problem was solved within 24hrs, ZERO dramas. I never added a password to my WAAVE profile so I didn't know I could get this level of help. Totally worth it!

They're great, I want to sell CBD legally and they do everything that's needed compliance-wise. Excellent customer support as well.

I've had a great experience working with WAAVE & I highly recommend them!
I've been using WAAVE to buy cannabis seeds and other products and I'm here to say that they're very reliable, professional, very responsive, and they care about their customers' experience and will go above and beyond to make us, customers happy! I had the pleasure of working with Leti Ferrari in WAAVE customer support regarding using them as a payment processing platform on a seed bank website as well as making payments through WAAVE and had an issue with one of the merchants who uses WAAVE and Leti was able to resolve my problem quickly, efficiently, in a very professional manner. I can't say enough how happy I am with WAAVE and what they are doing for their customers and business owners alike. I highly recommend WAAVE to anyone looking to buy something and use them to process their payment, and to any business owner looking to create or add a credit/debit card payment processing option especially for cannabis seeds banks and/or dispensaries!
