Surprised of the result
We started working with them after noticing a significant drop in traffic to our website. They conducted a thorough audit of both our website and our overall communication strategy, then came back with a comprehensive plan to help us attract customers again. To be honest, I didn't fully understand everything they were doing on the technical side of the website, as that's not my area of expertise. However, they also recommended a lot of changes to the way we communicate, including how we write blog articles, post on LinkedIn, and create content in general. And it really worked! When customers fill out our questionnaire and tell us where they found us, around 15% now say they came from ChatGPT, whereas before we had virtually none. The ROI has been outstanding for us. Alex, the founder, is incredibly thoughtful and explains things very clearly. The only thing I'd say is that you need a bit of patience, as the results don't happen overnight, but they do come.
