Great experience with fabulous communication. Health focused suggestions that actually work

The awareness of factors that impact fertility and the simple habits you can form in order to improve fertility was incredibly eye opening and encouraging that better fertility is in my control. I lost weight, I feel much healthier and I’m aware of just how much I can still improve. Couldn’t recommend it enough

Excellent experience with Upstream. I thought I was relatively well informed from books/blogs, but there was so much information that I just wasn’t aware of. Helping you understand what to test is helpful, but it’s the specific analysis of the results that I don’t think I could get elsewhere. The program helped me understand the scientific impact of my blood tests, both on conception related health and general. The changes that I’ve made should be beneficial for the rest of my life, and having such an evidence based and measurable approach to interventions makes it considerably more likely that I’ll continue with them long after the program. Would highly recommend.

I asked my husband to participate in Upstream initially so we could both be invested in the experience of preparing for a child. It has been our best investment so far for planning for our future family. It broadened our understanding of how our environment and his habits could impact the health of our children before they are even conceived. We found doing the program together worked well for us. It helped to keep each other on track. The podcasts, information updates, leader board tracking and support is helpful.

Having recently participated in Upstream, I found the program really insightful! If I’m honest, my wife signed me up for this, and I’m pleased she did. I didn’t know that choices I make could impact the future of my unborn child as much as I know now having been educated through the program. Implementing the interventions help to create some good, healthy habits and break other not so good ones. It was really motivating to compare to the leader board each week how I was doing against other anonymous participants too (clever!)

Upstream has been an eye-opening and supportive programme where the interventions, accountability and supportive approach from the company have helped me to make lifestyle changes that will have a lasting impact on my health and fertility .

I recently participated in the Upstream programme and found it very informative and practical. The content was presented in a clear and engaging way, helping me better understand fertility and how to take proactive steps to improve my health. What I appreciated most was how the programme encouraged a sense of personal responsibility for my well-being, offering guidance that was easy to integrate into my daily life. Overall, I found it to be a helpful resource for gaining insights into fertility health and making informed decisions.

I feel SO healthy after doing the Upstream program! Not only do I feel like I've given it my everything to have a healthy baby with my wife, but I also somehow managed to lose 6 kg and went from high blood pressure to normal ranges again - I have never felt healthier. I also think men assume they don't have much input pre-conception and any man looking to become a parent should be doing this program!!
