As a first-time restaurant owner with no previous restaurant experience, joining the Unsliced Restaurant System was one of the best decisions I made. The program has been an invaluable resource for understanding what it really takes to own and operate a restaurant. Mike is incredibly down to earth, approachable, and generous with his knowledge. What makes his guidance especially valuable is that it comes from real-world experience. He privately owns 13 restaurants, so the advice he shares has been tested through years of success and challenges. One piece of advice from Mike completely changed my path. During one of the group Zoom calls, he encouraged members to operate like a catering company before opening a brick-and-mortar. I took that advice, started with pop-ups at my local farmers market, and spent months refining my dough, recipes, and operations before opening Lucky Dough Pizza. That foundation played a significant role in where my business is today. If you are serious about opening or improving a restaurant, I highly recommend the Unsliced Restaurant System. It provides practical, experience-based guidance from someone who has already done what many of us are trying to accomplish.

Worth every penny. My husband and I run a mobile pizza trailer, and Unsliced gave us the business clarity we were missing — we finally understand our real financials and food costs. We meet biweekly with Alfredo, who actually answers our questions and helps us solve real problems. Post a question in the community and you get a fast response — no waiting around. The biggest win: systems. We wanted to hire so I wasn't stuck on the trailer every time we opened up, and Unsliced showed us how. We hired an employee, and it worked — I got to stay home with my kids two days this week because my husband and our team handled it without me. That's exactly why we started this. Still dialing things in, but we're in a completely different place than before. If you're on the fence, this is what gets you out of "doing everything yourself" mode.

I have worked in the service industry for 20 years and thought I knew everything needed to run a successful shop on my on. Boy was I wrong. Mike and his team have given me energy again to love what I do by giving the systems that actually work and have scaled my business to new heights where I can spend time with my wife and kids and enjoy life again!

The Unsliced Restaurant System has been an amazing asset to us. Mind you we beat the odds and have been in business since 1965 (61years). We had to learn by trial and error. Still after all those years in business we found a tremendous benefit to implementing the URS. Weather you are a seasoned veteran or a newbie to the industry you will benefit in many ways. You will be more profitable, work less and reduce the stress of running your business. Also having a community of peers that you can bounce off your new ideas, problems or any obstacle you have. I found the Monday morning meetings one of the best things, It was like having personal business consultant every week. For me dialing into the numbers was huge. With that alone I think my break even point was about 5 months out. As a seasoned restaurant veteran in the industry I HIGHLY recommend URS.

The best investment I have ever made!!! I don’t say this lightly but this really has been the best money move I have made in 27 years operating pizza stores. I joined the unsliced community over 3 years ago and with the help of Mike and the community, I have now grown to 4 locations with a fifth pending. Mike has a no bulshit approach at addressing issues and has nonissues calling you out on them which is exactly what us Pizza operators need sometime. I have more than 10X the Initial investment in the first year of doing this course and there is no sign of that slowing down. What is amazing about this course Is that you have access to the content and the community for life and I have revisited different modules along my Pizza journey over the past few years as problems and situations have came up. There is seriously good backup from the amazing Christina who is always at Hand to answer any queries or issues that may pop up and she is just the best!!! I would highly recommend this Course if you are just getting into the Pizza business but more so if you have a store or multi stores and want to streamline it and get it to that point where it is actually a real business and a profitable asset, then this is your Course and Mike is your guy. As a sole restauranteur, I don't get much feedback on what to do. Having over a 100 other people, in the same boat, helps me in decision making. Mike is great at breaking down all components of running a successful store, and giving direction, with tools to track and implement change. I have been to every Monday call, with the exception of one since October. I have implemented many of the changes he recommended, including re-vamping my menu, and many more.
