DONT BUY from this company..
DONT BUY from this company... the product didn't work, they kept me waiting months for an answer on my refund even though their suppose policy says 14 days and they wanted to do store credit because it "was on sale" save your money buy from elsewhere you won't be happy.

False advertising
False advertising. Returned hearing ad (within 2 weeks of purchase)and after 4 months said I wasnt eligible for refund only store credit. That is bull. They do not have product that suits me. These people are really scame artists. Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this company.

Won't refund my money!
I ordered a pair of hearing aids. They didn't fit. I told them immediately, but it took 2 weeks for them to send instructions on how to return them. I followed the instructions completely and now they say I only qualify for a store credit because they were on sale! I am on a limited income and have been waiting desperately for my refund! I don't want or need anything from their store! I want my money!

I paid $449
I paid $449. for these shoddy inadequate hearing aids. I immediately sent them back asking for a refund. They had advertised 100% guaranteed. But now Ultra Hearing Aid LLC claims they only give store credit to buy more of their shoddy junk hear aids. This company is nothing but scam artist selling junk hearing aids to old people! The BBB says they’ve had over 85 complaints this year. The Florida Attorney General should investigate this fraudulent company!

Not a real 45 day trial
Scammers!! They lie! All they want is your money!@ And they now say somehow can't find my name and any order but were able to accept payments in my name. How ironic. Save your money and buy elsewhere
