It wasn't great, it was good. The holder was a bit of a let down compared to others I have purchased.

Easy transaction and timely delivery

I have a problem with hands these days (I put it down to old age!!) I bought one for my daughter who has health issues so thought it would be helpful for her too.

Slippery hands no longer a problem. As long as the suction cups are wet this shower holder sticks well to my ceramic tile wall. Two tiny problems. First was pulling it onto the the shower hose head itself. Antennas at the top of the device facilitated arthritic hands. Second is that there is a windows on the wand indicating when to change filter. Difficult to align device with 80 year old eyes so able to judge usage. Overall satisfaction
