Terrible experience. My first withdrawal was marked as completed, but I never received my funds. Support has been slow, repetitive, and unable to provide a clear explanation or timely resolution. so basically I lost the paycheck even though nothing was wrong on my end

Simple interface. Solid for non-US teams. Affordable payroll tool. Relatively clean UX. That said, poor support/customer experience. Difficulty getting issues resolved or responded to. Appears to be less investment in customer support.

Rushed onboarding, thanks to that some payments were delayed when they promised same day delivery. Very disappointed with their service.
