We normally reply to emails within 1–2 business days, though it can occasionally take a little longer during public holidays. Hi, Please feel free to contact us by email and send us a clear photo of your test so we can take a closer look. Some of our rapid tests have what’s called a cut-off value, which means that a faint line is not considered a positive result but rather at the borderline. This is also stated on the interpretation card included with your test. In such cases, we recommend repeating the test. It’s also important to remember that this is a screening test. A rapid test should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis — any positive result should always be confirmed with a laboratory test, which is also stated in the pamplet. Without seeing your test, we unfortunately can’t know exactly what happened, but false positives can occur for several reasons, such as cross-reactions with other microorganisms, recent vaccinations, or reading the test after the recommended time.
