Buying a car, such a major purchase, without being physically in its presence, to literally kick the tires, took a leap of faith. The process was straightforward enough. Delivery and "dealer prep" could have been better.

Tom was awesome to deal with. Very helpful and personable. One thing that cannot be overlooked though is I bought a close to $30,000 vehicle and it didn't even get detailed before it was delivered. I don't think that's too much to ask for at all and you guys dropped the ball on that. Also there are numerous gettacar stickers adorning the vehicle. Again I didn't pay close to $30,000 to be a rolling advertisement for gettacar. Small things in the grand scheme of it but annoying and things that really stuck out upon receiving the vehicle.

Everything went so smooth and even through the pandemic everything was done in a timely manner. It took about two weeks but that was only because the state shut down being able to transfer the vehicles. I applied for a car and was approved the next day. The first car I wanted was on hold for someone else but I was able to get even a better SUV so I was happy about that. Tom handled all paperwork and made sure that any information was given to me in a timely manner. I did have two small problems "the passenger window swipe and the Ford Mykey" with the SUV when I received it and I had to go out and get it fixed during the epidemic. But overall Gettacar have done exactly what they said they were going to do and made sure that any problems I've had with the car has been taken care of asap which I appreciate. Definitely recommend!

Had to meet the driver of that was delivering the vehicle and he was 2 hours late. But the driver was niceand helpful. Had a problem with the keyless entry that couldn't be resolved. They would only replace one of them. Otherwise company was good

I had a great experience on buying the car but...... Only two things that was not in the description that was wrong with the vehicle. One of the keys was missing a part on it. The other thing was one of the USB ports is not working.

Everything was wonderful and smooth from beginning to end, lol almost a little to easy I thought because I’m always a skeptic. The only problem I have is I feel I didn’t get a good goodiebag I see others with IPADs, Gas cards, T-shirts, Even fruit baskets I got a few pens and keychain.. Other than that it would’ve been a full 5 stars

Everything was quick easy and fun. Only thing is a purchased my car during black Friday week and I did not get my GC that was advertised. I did mention the page they said they would send it by haven’t received it. But other then that everything is fantastic. Thank you Tom
