Overall a great experience! I feel as though the people delivering the car should have more communication with the customer. I did not get a owners manual for my car, there are some tire issues and i did not get any carpets that go with my car.

The entire process of purchasing my vehicle through gettacar with seamless I ordered the car on a Wednesday I had the car in my driveway Saturday morning the car is in great shape and exactly what I was looking for I would recommend get a car to anyone my salesman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that I received the car in a quick and timely manner . Everything went great, the only thing that was a problem for me was that my car was driven to my house which added on almost 300 miles, the driver did have on a mask but I was told because of Covid some parts of my car would be wrapped in plastic for safety measures, but obviously not because it was driven. So I had to pay to get it detailed. But everything else was a breeze.

My gettacar experience was outstanding. Very thoughtful and considerate customer service.

this my second reveiw for getacar! the first reveiw was not very positive,and i promised to revise,if my title problem got squared away. after my unflattering reveiw i had a title in 2 weeks!!! i am back on the bandwagon

Darshan Patel was excellent professional and just all around outstanding. I also enjoyed working with Rob C Vetan . The drop off was a disappointing it was a day late there were issues with the vehicle that should’ve been addressed. Such as the cleanliness of vehicle’s interior and exterior the wipers , armor all on tires , they were supposed to replace the battery and didn’t also the cleaning of the glass inside and out. Fuel filler door is not working properly and the coolant fill bottle and washer fluid were empty these things a side the salesman were on point . Drop off/ detailing department dropped the ball

My whole experience was great! My only issue is the cars odometer is blinking because the key fob I was given is not the original.
