Amazing experience very fast helpful and easy

This was my first online car buying experience and it was excellent! Gettacar was very responsive to any and all questions and communicated often during the process. One suggestion for Gettacar is to create a "instructions/what to expect next" one page document outlining the steps that will occur after you click "buy this car" and before the car is delivered to you. For example, you must get insurance on the vehicle prior to delivery, which is not mentioned anywhere. Other than that, the experience was great! The car (2016 Ford Edge with 65K miles) was in PRISTINE condition inside and out when delivered and is an awesome vehicle! Thanks again for a great car Gettacar!!!

All in all it was a very positive experience. Mostly in regard to the staff being helpful and friendly, and from a pricing perspective no surprises, and the one small issue with the vehicle ( a cracked air dam) was quickly addressed. Those things are 90% of the battle. In particular to Terri the rep I dealt with and Kevin my delivery specialist, were very helpful and friendly Two small things that could be improved. I got 2 calls and two texts from different people, after I already talked to the first person and was moving forward. These were initial contact calls and it make the company seem disorganized and confusing who to talk with. The second was the fact that I am actually buying from a dealership not Gettacar and Gettacar is just an intermediary was not clear when I started the process. When I noticed none of the paper work was in Gattacar's name it threw me off for a bit.. and I almost stopped the process. Fortunately the dealership had outstanding customer ratings as well... so I quickly decided to move forward. However I would have preferred to understand this up front.

Angel and Tom were the guys who helped get me into my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander! They were very helpful from beginning to end and answered all my questions. The front passenger headlight was out when they dropped the car off and Tom sent me the code to get it fixed under my warranty immediately. I have no complaints as of yet!

The overall experience was quick & easy! & I love my car too!!! Give it a few years & hopefully the selection will grow with much more to choose from for my next vehicle!👍🏼👍🏼

Anthony was my salesman and he was awesome. The car is exactly what I wanted and expected. The delivery person Chris was also awesome. I will definitely purchase a car from this dealership again. Great place!
