I was skeptical at first but it truly is THAT easy to purchase a car from gettacar! I can’t believe how seem less the process was from start to finish. Mike called me the morning my application was submitted and guided me every step of the way. Mike was extremely patient and went above and beyond to get me the perfect car. I actually mistyped something VERY important on my application, but Mike graciously identified the discrepancy and helped mitigate the issue by working around the clock and keeping in contact with me. Mike was the perfect car salesman; friendly, informative, a good listener and detail oriented. His performance deserves a raise! The delivery itself was also painless. Once I was approved we scheduled delivery for 2 days out and all I had to do in preparation for delivery was ensure the vehicle was insured. The delivery driver(s) helped me throughout the initial inspection process as they could tell I was just excited the car was there in person and that I was ready to say “ok” without going through everything on their inspection checklist. It was helpful to make sure we (the drivers and I), clearly checked everything from the AC to the door locks and from the spare tire in the trunk to the radio. Everything was in great condition and the minor exterior imperfections (minor scratches) were noted just as they were online. The car is a 2019 Hyundai Accent and with less than 11,000 miles on it, I hit the lottery so to speak. Finally, the fact that gettacar prepares the registration documents for you to easily sign and get going was the icing on the cake. The only con is the fact that I wasted time wanting to get a car but avoiding it since I dread the process of traditional car dealerships! Thank you gettacar!
