I loved how easy is was to look for a car and that the rep Angelyn was very nice and helpful! And Deb the one who delivered my car was very pleasant and respectful with CDC regulations and very polite. The whole process start to finish was relaxed and I didn’t feel pressured like normal car sales, it was amazing and I definitely recommend this car service to someone who needs a car fast!

If you need a car, you should definitely get from Gettacar. Ryan (the representative who helped me with my purchase) was fabulous! I made so many calls to him during this process with so many questions and he answered everyone in a timely manner. My only critic is I didnt realize they were in Philadelphia, so delivery was longer than I anticipated (I didnt read the fine details until later, so that's kinda on me lol). I admit I thought for a sec "better not be a scam" lol. But Ryan helped me out the whole way through and I absolutely love me new ride! Recommend highly! And gettacar, give Ryan a raise! :)

Great service, only positive emotions

Gettacar was the easiest process I have ever been through when purchasing a car. The service was excellent and the quality of the cars are great. I highly recommend this company.

The process was pretty smooth and easy. The rep I worked with was super helpful— customer service gets 5 stars alone. The only thing I didn’t like is that the database is not updated in real-time, so a car you may be eyeing could potentially be gone. Other than that, I have no cons. It was quick and easy. Everything is done safely and securely, and you’re given updates and explanations along the way, and you don’t have to leave home ever, so that’s a plus.
