I recently had been put through the run around with Carvana..... my credit wasnt in the best shape but i needed to get four wheels under me to get myself back on the right track. GETTACAR DID JUST THAT. Not only did they provide me with the exact car i wanted, they were very helpful and SUPER patient with me. Big shoutout to Rob, Mike M., Jerry and Jake.

I initially contacted gettacar around March 2020 and Thomas was very helpful. Unfortunately, due to the covid situation, I had to put my purchase on hold. When I called back a year later, he remembered our previous interaction, and again was helpful in making the sale. It was a very easy process, and I am very happy with the level of service. Definitely recommend to look into if you are in the market !

Great service and very punctual.

This was so easy and affordable! Thank you Steve Mantione!

No haggle. Completely stress free

The entire process was easy, smooth and super nice. The car was delivered within the timeframe the explanations and the help from Terri was amazing. The driver who delivered my truck was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

For months, I've been searching for my dream car. A Black 2017 Ford Mustang Convertible V6 (not an EcoBoost) with less than 25k miles and wouldn't cost me a crazy amount after dealer fees. At last, I found it on eBay and to my surprise, it was located in PA. I researched Gettacar to make sure they're legit and not a scam. I called and spoke to Ryan and he answered all of my questions. He explained the advantages they had over Vroom & Carvana. The 7 day trial with 100% money back guarantee was really appealing to me because Vroom & Carvana don't do that. Ryan helped me submit the paperwork online and got me approved within minutes. After that, he communicated back and forth with me as I gathered info from my insurance. The car was delivered 2 days after I signed all the paperwork online. Kevin (the delivery guy) was really friendly and helpful with the rest of the process. There was a minor issue with the car's window but Shane at Gettacar took care of it and made sure my trusted mechanic was able to fix for me. I know for a fact that I've saved money with Gettacar because other dealerships would've killed me with extra fees. This headache never happened with Gettacar because I knew what I was getting was priced fairly. The overall experience was quite simple. I would buy from them again in the future. Say goodbye to those pesky car salesman!

An extremely satisfying experience! I selected my car online and was immediately guided through the process. I was able to test drive the car before making the decision to buy. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered fully. Even when there was a delay in delivering the vehicle to repair a minor problem with the navigation system I was kept informed of the situation. Cat and Kevin were my contacts and they both did an excellent job.
