Get Ready called to let me know my tester was running late but was still within my 2 hour time window. The tester, Meg Carey, called explaining her emergency. She was beyond professional, efficient, and courteous. She set me up for weekly testing due to work requirements.

Amazing service, and a great all around experience. Super easy. I Called to make an appointment for my wife and I to get COVID tests and a medical professional was at my house in 30 minutes. EMT was very polite and explained everything us thoroughly. Then we spoke with a Doctor via iPad about the symptoms my wife and I were feeling. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to great medical care from home.

I wasn't feeling too great so looked for urgent cares and came across Ready. I was hesitant at first but happy I decided to try them out. They got to my house in about an hour and a half (was told 2-4), the responder was friendly and wearing all ppe (thankfully) and got a prescription after talking with a doctor. I was afraid to see the bill but was happy to see I just pay my regular co-pay. Phew. It was fast and easy and I love I didn't have to go sit in a waiting room. All in all, will be using again.
