I didn't receive my full order and still waiting to hear from customer service. Never received an email about after I reached out.

I was very excited to get this package. I'm a huge Pumpkin spice fan. The eye cream looked like it had already been used. The container was almost empty.

They let me down. They were doing the promo where you get a free gift when you spend a certain amount. The website told me I qualified for it but I didn't get it in the mail with my shipment. I emailed them to let them know and apparently, if you enter a discount promo code it could take away your free gift. I told them that was not made clear on the website but they did not respond back. When you're expecting something and you don't get it, it leaves you feeling disappointed, and I hate it when companies do that. They lost my business, and I won't be repurchasing from them.

The pricing of these items are alot to begin with and the fact they dont take returns even on unopened items, Is disappointing.I was not impressed at all by the customer service either. Did not seem like they appreciated their customers. I bought two items a lotion and face scrub. the smell is extremely potent if your not into that (your entire face will smell like pumpkin spice) The lotion was ok I have very dry skin and I use it first before putting an oil on if I use it alone my skin becomes flaky and peels The face scrub I wasn’t really impressed with I did not like the texture. This is just my opinion, you would have to try it yourself to see if you like them or not. I most likely would not be buying again due to the high prices and no return policy
