OrvaReviews of getorva.com

As a solo clinician, I've used several HEP platforms over the years, and Orva stands out. While I don't use their RTM features for remote monitoring & billing, some of the built-in tools have actually been really helpful for making sure I'm spending appropriate time on each patient account, which was an unexpected benefit. The patient-facing app is clean and easy for patients to navigate, which matters a lot when you're trying to get compliance on home programs. I also really like being able to schedule out outcome measures in advance, so I'm not scrambling to remember when a patient is due for reassessment. The ability to easily build my own custom exercises and upload the video in minutes is amazing. Of all the HEP platforms I've used, Orva has been the best at making the process of record/upload the simplest. It makes a big difference when I want to tailor a program to something specific rather than settling for a generic library exercise. I also want to give a shoutout to Joe who has been consistently responsive to feedback from clinicians. Several usability improvements for both providers and patients have come directly out of that back-and-forth, which tells me this is a company that's actually listening and improving based on what clinicians need. Overall, a strong platform that keeps getting better.

I am very pleased with the experience Orva offers and with the service we have received. The Orva team has been phenomenal with any questions that have come up through the set up and implementation processes. They are responsive and have made the transition to using RTM very pleasant. The app is simple to use and makes it easy to onboard patients. If you're interested in implementing RTM into your practice, I highly recommend Orva.

Orva has been a great addition to our practice at Magic City Physical Therapy. As a pelvic health and lymphedema-focused clinic, we are always looking for ways to better support our patients between visits, and Orva has helped us do that through Remote Therapeutic Monitoring. One of my favorite features is the ability to add our own videos and customized content. This allows us to personalize home programs and provide patients with education and guidance that is specific to their needs and our approach to care. Orva has made it easier to keep patients engaged, improve accountability with their home programs, and provide a higher level of support outside of the clinic. We are excited to continue using it as we grow our pelvic health and lymphedema programs.

Working with Orva has been a very positive experience. They have been extremely helpful and responsive to product feedback and questions - fixing problems or helping solve them promptly. The tech itself is intuitive for both providers and patients. Patients enjoy the extra connection to therapists via RTM and providers can easily customize everything within Orva to fit what the patient needs.

Great onboarding and outstanding ongoing support. The Orva platform has helped our patients regain confidence and improve their ability to perform activities of daily living through consistent engagement with their home exercise programs. One patient shared that before starting the exercises, she couldn't even bend down to tie her shoes—and now she can do so independently. Another patient had been considering surgery, but after consistently following the prescribed home exercise program, her pain and function improved enough that surgery was no longer necessary. These are just two of the many success stories we've experienced since implementing Orva. Joe and the Orva team have been exceptional, providing responsive support, personalized guidance, and a genuine commitment to helping our growing care management company succeed. We truly value our partnership and look forward to continuing to improve patient outcomes together.

I've had a very positive experience using Orva. The platform has made Remote Therapeutic Monitoring much easier to implement by giving our therapists better visibility into patient engagement, pain levels, and compliance between visits. Orva has helped us stay organized with RTM and has made it easier to identify patients who may need additional follow-up. What has stood out the most is their customer service. It has been among the best I've experienced—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their customers' success. They actively listen to feedback and are open to making adjustments and improvements based on real-world clinical feedback, which has been refreshing to see. Our experience with Orva has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend them to any clinic looking to implement or expand an RTM program.

Private practice clinic owners who have watched RTM platforms promise the world and then quietly collapse under the weight of therapist burnout and clunky workflows will find ORVA worth serious attention. The most common reason RTM fails in clinics has nothing to do with reimbursement rates, it's adoption. Therapists are already carrying a full load, and any platform that adds complexity rather than removing it is dead on arrival. ORVA understood that problem and built around it. For manual therapy-based practices where cookie-cutter exercise templates don't reflect how patients are actually treated, ORVA's customization capability including uploading clinic-specific exercises, means the platform bends to the clinical philosophy rather than the other way around. The integrated messaging system has meaningfully improved patient-to-clinic communication between visits, and streamlined RTM billing documentation keeps therapists focused on delivering care rather than feeding a compliance engine. Physical therapists have always delivered clinical value outside scheduled visit hours. RTM through ORVA finally creates a legitimate pathway to monetize that value not as a revenue grab, but as recognition that what a skilled clinician knows is as valuable as what they do inside the clinic. 83% of our patients reported that ORVA contributed directly to their rehab success, that answer came from patients themselves. That is the only metric that ultimately matters.
